Kay Lay Moe is very hardworking. She does her work well.

So far, Helpling never fails to send a Good helper to me ❤️ Helpers were always well trained and well mannered. Also dressed professionally. They always look happy and energetic, unlike other companies who always didnt meet my expectations .

Concierge is always available and gives instant response from real humans and not robots . Very easy to communicate and rearrange timings. They are always flexible and never asked for processing fee on my last minute change of time which i sincerely appreciate the flexibility .

My helper today was Thu Zar Win.
Thu Zar was punctual, super efficient cleaning my 5 room flat. She managed to clean every corner of my house, wash both toilets, kitchen and service yard . She is proactive and start to clean other areas without needing me to instruct . House is squeaky clean now and she even helped me to make my bed just like hotel-style! Thu Zar is also very friendly and communicates excellently in English .

Before the start of the cleaning, I told her "I want my house very clean because Im travelling tomorrow" and she did it so well !

Thank you Thu Zar for helping me clean my house nicely so that I can travel in peace without worrying about dust and dirt.

I’m very happy with Cho Toe (In) cleaning service. She is punctual, reliable, and works very efficiently without cutting corners. She pays attention to detail and ensures that all areas including the less obvious spots are properly cleaned.

She is proactive and doesn’t need much supervision, which I truly appreciate. My home feels fresh, organised, and comfortable after each session. She is also polite, respectful, and easy to communicate with.

She has 20 mins left and she has finished what I asked her to do, so I told her it’s ok she can go, but she refused and insisted to clean another area!
