Used a good few times now. Always prompt and good prices. I had an issue with a pump they sent yesterday and they sent out another straight away so I could get the customer back up and running as soon as possible. Would defo recommend.

Boiler PCB Issue
My boiler broke down & I sent H&C Parts the boiler details & suspect faulty part. He identified the part number required and was spot on. 12 hours later the part arrived (excellent time frame). I installed it & it operated correctly. Thank you H&C Parts.

Good service when there’s a issue…
Ordered a part for a boiler part came quickly but I realised it wasn’t the correct part. It was my error I got the two similar part numbers mixed up.
Contacted company who were readily available. Who advised me to return the part for a full refund.
No messing about and no hassle.

Amazing service!
Had an issue on a boiler, HCP helped identify correct part required and provided outstanding service to get part delivered next day when ordered late in the day. Friendly, fast and knowledgeable with great comms provided. Thanks HCP!
