Following the death of my wife in January and the need to cancel our planned holiday in September, Cat at your Yate office was so kind and helpful it encouraged me to book a holiday through you for 2027. Cat once again helped me with the booking with clear and helpful advice and with genuine sympathy and support after the loss I have suffered. I cannot thank her enough.

Lovely Staff, very helpful and friendly. Wasn't booking a brochure holiday so downside is those in shop can't book flights or hotels they have to ring another office who do that which means long wait or leaving information and them calling you back. It was all done very professionally and very happy with arrangements
