Hays Travel - Workington Recensioni 

After we spotted an electronic display board showing a Rocky Mountains train tour whilst having a coffee we popped into the store for a chat. We can't thank the team enough. After our initial conversation with an extremely knowledgeable and helpful Rachel and subsequent conversations with an equally talented Paula we have booked our holiday of a lifetime.
We explained what we wanted from the holiday and we left it with them. What they came back with is simply sensational. Their knowledge clearly shining through. We can't find fault and I'm sure all future holidays will be booked with them.
Canada 2027 - here we come.

I went in with a clear idea of what I wanted. The lady that served me was able to get everything I wanted and more. She was very efficient and even checked the trains from Charles de Gaulle to Disneyland. I was going to sort my own insurance but she showed me the quote with Hayes and it was very reasonable, so added this too. All done quickly and efficiently. Thank you

They know how to have a laugh and joke aswell as book our tenerife holiday and we always book our holidays with hays in workington. They are the best travel agents in workington. They also book special assistance for my partner aswell. They were also professional

We had very specific things we wanted and had not considered a different airport or airline. However Rachel planted the seed and we decided to go with her recommendations after taking her advice to have a look. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and best prices found.

Rachel was extremely helpful in finding us a suitable holiday at short notice, and also suggesting if I downloaded the Lidl app we would get a £65 refund. She kindly took my phone and did it for me.I think she went above and beyond the call of duty, but have found previously that Hays staff always do.
