Hays Travel - Workington Recensioni 

We booked a family holiday with Hays travel in July, 16 of us and Hays managed to get us all in the same hotel which is a feit in itself.
We have now just booked a cruise and stay through Hays and very pleased with the outcome.

Rachel in the workington store could not have been more helpful. When we first went in store to book for a trip to krakow, flights had not been released, she checked weekly and promptly got in contact via email. It is now all booked. She also checked us in for our upcoming holiday to gran canaria.

Laura was very helpful and seemed to have a real in-depth knowledge of the travel industry. This is our 1st holiday abroad for our 30th wedding anniversary. Very friendly and polite a real asset to the company 👍👍

Once again a brilliant experience booking our latest holiday at Hays Workington.We have booked a holiday at the Riu Paraiso Los Pocillas in Lanzarote following great advice from The Manager Rachel finding us day flights from Newcastle and a competitive deal.Despite being in the process of moving premises when I returned to make the booking and Rachel being unavailable the task was taken on board very ably by Clare.Our last booking for May followed a similar pattern and I cannot speak more highly of these 2 consummate professionals.Clare went over and beyond sorting out assistance for us.Thank you.

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff, Jane who sorted our holiday was great, she doesn’t normally work in Workington, usually Carlisle. She was friendly helpful and went through everything clearly and made sure we understood.

Right from the moment we walked through the door we were met with a smiling face. Lynn our travel consultant was prepared to go above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. Several quotes and a few weeks later we booked our holiday of a lifetime. This is to accommodate our silver wedding next year, lynn understood how special this holiday is to us.
