Martin at Hays wimborne was very knowlegable and helpful, My partner and i were able to tailor our holiday to our needs with his help thank you.

Good advise with no pressure to buy there and then. We did actually book with then later that afternoon as the hotel/location was spot on

I booked a TUI holiday to Mexico. Went to local branch as I’d booked with them previously to Goa via TUI and they matched online price. So I thought I’d book via Hays to support local business rather than directly with TUI online.
However, a friend looked online as thought they’d book to come with us and price was £700 cheaper. I was unable to get back into Hays to query the cost as away but went a week later on return. They were surprised in cost difference but unable to change. I do not mind paying travel agent a bit more than online but this seems extortionate. I didn’t think to question at the time as they’d been competitive before. Also I’d just lost my Father so wasn’t in the right head space so trusted the agent to get us best deal. Disappointed .. our friends are therefore booking online whereas they were going to use Hays also. The agent was very friendly and and dealt promptly with us when we walked in tho. Just wished I’d asked her to check with online price.

We popped into the Wimborne branch for advice on a river cruise, Victoria helped us enormously to find the right holiday to suit us and felt in very safe hands.

Great service as always and Vicky was most attentive in overcoming previous issues with a particular unhelpful tour company
