The info on the holiday and the booking seems effortless with the adviser that was advising me on certan locations in destination whivh i found exstreamly helpfull

Vicky seems to know exactly what we need every time we see her and will always go back to Hays because of her expertise.

Martin took on board our requirements and needs. He investigated available accommodation and flights. The recommendations he made fully suited our request and even suggested an alternative cheaper tour operator.

Flights and hotel all sorted for the dates we wanted. They also sorted seats for long haul flights.

The member of staff who helped us was really knowledgeable. She remembered us and what we like aswell as our past bookings making it super easy to find and book the perfect holiday. Customer service received was second to none. I would be very reluctant to go anywhere else.

Excellent service from Victoria, admittedly we knew where and when we wanted to travel but she completed the whole process, hotel, flights and car parking in probably 10 minutes. Not sure why we would ever arrange a holiday with anyone other than Hays Travel, Wimborne.

I just popped in with a query, Martin was great, very helpful. I wanted to go to one place he recommended another and in 20 minutes it was all booked! Not how I thought my day was going to go and very happy.
