Superb service! I was recommended to go to you and ask for Vicky. I haven’t been on a plane for 30 years and this would be my first holiday on my own since my husband died. Vicky took me through the process, organised the flights and assisted boarding. She completely understood my trepidation and explained everything so clearly with lots of information, suggestions and advice.
I now feel completely reassured as she will organise everything for me. It’s wonderful!

As always Vicky Burridge at Hays Travel Wimborne efficiently booked a 2027 trip for me with Cox and Kings.
She also found out the details and availability for another trip.

As usual, Martin did his very best to get us the holiday we wanted. The other staff in the Wimborne office were polite and helpful when we dealt with them. Excellent all round.

We had Martin dealing with us at the Wimborne Branch he was very helpful and patient and answered all questions we wanted to ask.

I explained to Vicki the places Pippa and I wanted on our 7 day trip to the Greek islands. Vicki did her normal and came up with the right mixture of islands, accommodation and travel arrangements.

We visited the Wimborne branch to enquire and potentially book a Caribbean cruise. We were seen by Ben, who we soon realised was only in his first full week with the company. He'd never booked a cruise for someone, so had to draw on assistance from his manager to process the booking. There was an issue with P&O trying to administer a discount offer as a previous client, but that was eventually resolved. Overall our experience was good and it was good experience for Ben.

Very easy booking in store. The agent knew the ship, best cabin position. Got 2 cabins as close as possible. Advice on travel to the port, etc. Great customer service.
