I took my wife into the Whitley Bay branch to book a London break for her 60th. We were met by a young assistant called Molly who helped us with everything we needed. She was most helpful in booking rail and hotel accommodation. First class.

We have been booking are family holiday with hays for around 12 years now. We use the same agent at whitley Bay. And see the same person every time. Gemma. She go's the extra mile every time. So helpful and professional. My 13 year old daughter loves to see Gemma she has knowing her most of her life. So Gemma knows the holiday we are looking for.
