Hays - In Safe Hands
Having had a bad experience with LNER when trying to book assisted travel to Cardiff. The direct train ran at 1500 from Newcastle and got in at 22.00. An earlier train had 1 change. The staff could assist us on to the GNER train but they could not guarantee us a seat!
I rang Hays Travel Whitley Bay.
I needed to get us both to Cardiff for a Conference in October. Melissa was a breath of fresh air. Fly to Bristol with assistance. I was happy to make an advanced booking with a taxi to meet us. Within 15 mins of my call my travel arrangements were booked and paid for. Melissa was effective and efficient. Her knowledge gave me the confidence I needed to make an instant booking.
