Great service. Told staff member what we did and didn't want in relation to flight times, things near hotel and requirements for the kids. Covered all holiday companies and found us a holiday which ticked all boxes in our budget.

Hays travel in the whiterose are always helpful and very friendly staff. Ella who we go to every time is always very helpful nothing is too much trouble and she always has a smile 😃 on her face. We feel she goes above and beyond to help us. Sorting everything from booking insurance right through to printing our luggage lables. Highly recommend
