Brilliant service
Emma has been very efficient, phoned us as promised mid April with price update. Requested everything we asked and our itinerary was spot on for our destination. Very good package, with good communication and smooth transactions.

My Hays Travel wife (my partner called her this) is Wendy, i always go and see her for our holidays, never had any issues, she listens and suggests and has always come up with what we want, the whole experience in the shop is excellent, i dont bother looking on line any more, Wendy also does follow up calls to ensure paperwork etc has gone through
