We received a letter from Dame Irene…
We received a letter from Dame Irene Hays inviting us to join her on the Oceania Nautica.
I contacted Amanda from the Wellswood office for further details and the next day I booked the trip for two of us.
Amanda was very helpful in explaining the details of the trip and quickly booked our cabin.

Cruise dilemma solved
Went into Hays travel Wellswood Torquay with wanting to change a cruise. I was armed with lots of questions and potential scenarios as was now wanting to book a cruise with our daughter’s family too. Amanda just took on board what I was requesting and patiently went through all the options available to me with regards to cabins, saver and select rates to find me a package I felt happy with. Have used this store for a few years and despite moving towns will come back here again. Thank you Amanda x

Great service guaranteed at Hayes Wellswood.
Amanda at Hayes Travel ,Wellswood, booked our holiday for next February. As always, she was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. There is a very personal touch at Hayes and we always feel welcomed and that all the staff are interested and invested in finding the best holiday deal for us. We have constantly recommended Hayes.
