Katie made our Marella Cruise booking very easy and straightforward. She was able to find the answers to most of our questions

Did not appreciate having to pay in full immediately, as opposed to 60 days prior to cruise departure date had we booked directly with Marella.

Your Consultant Katie really worked extremely hard in sorting out our trip, we were there for some, but were looked after in a wonderful manner offered refreshment, and ultimately Katie was able to sort everything we wanted to our requirements. She really did go the extra mile and is a credit to the company. However I must say this is the third holiday we have booked in the Wellswood Branch in two months, we have previously been seen by Amanda and Karlie, every time it’s a first class experience and service, we will be back again to book more holidays as in Hays Travel Wellswood the service is so good, relaxing, helpful and informative it’s almost part of the actual holiday.

I was booking a last minute holiday, which I don’t normally do, as I like to be organised, so the process of booking last minute was making me a bit worried and stressed. Until I went to see Katie! She was marvellous, very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and professional. She sorted everything out for me. Now all I need to do is pack😍
