We saw Stacey at Hays Travel in the Galleries yesterday. We wanted to book a short stay in Paris. Her knowledge of the area was amazing. She found us a beautiful hotel and gave us some excellent advice on getting around the city.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hays to all my friends and family.

Multi-tasking service!
Great multi-tasking service from Julia. While researching a multi-centre Asian holiday for my son that involved a lot of holding the line and information gathering she simultaneously found great options for a winter break for my wife and I that settled on a great location and hotel at a better value for upgrades etc than I’d seen on line. Always a great service and from real people!

Booked a multi-centre holiday in Japan with Washington branch. We were given several options and prices and sound advice. Julia gathered info from specialist sources and central booking agencies, revised and refined into a package that gives both security and confidence. Whether a quick break or a more detailed trip like this I’ve always found Hays to be up to speed with the best offers, prices and information.

We are always made welcome.
We are always made welcome into the Hays shop. We had a lovely lady looking after us. Very patient and thorough even though we were only booking a couple of days trip, we were given the same treatment.
We left feeling very pleased.
Can I just add that all the staff in the Galleries shop are excellent.
