As soon as I opened the office front door I was made very welcome by all the staff. Liam was my first point of contact and he did a wonderful job to ensure my requirements were met. I would recommend my friends and family to use the office as they are all very cheerful and willing to assist.

From the moment we walked into the shop we felt welcome all three staff we came across was super friendly super helpful courtniegh took the time to get us a few quotes for different dates nothing was too much trouble hayes are lucky to have such great staff

Fantastic!!
The service from Hayes was fantastic. We didn't have much of an idea where we wanted to go and had to stick to a budget within the summer holidays.
We found a perfect holiday and they've also sorted our travel insurance! I will definately be using their services again.
