Yet again fantastic service, holiday booked for next year. Can't wait, Megan configured a two week holiday within couple of hours for Jamaica 😊

I had the best experience booking a Cruise. Megan was absolutely brilliant, so helpful. I’ve never done a cruise before and Megan was so patient explaining everything to me what my options were, at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. Megan was informative in a lovely way, Making my whole experience was lovely. I will definitely be a repeat customer. All of the staff were friendly and it was a welcoming atmosphere.

Courtneigh and the other lovely girl on the money till were amazing, been trying to book stuff for ages and Courtneigh sorted us out so efficiently and on a Sunday. Thank you so much girls

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Our holiday was cancelled whilst on the runway. The next day I went into the branch and they couldn't have been more helpful. Courtneigh listened to me, understood my issues, budget, questions and more! I wasn’t pushed at any point or over sold on anything. She managed to print everything I needed and also book our parking. I was in there for nearly 2 hours. We managed to find a last minute getaway for the following day. I honestly couldn’t recommend this branch enough. I am forever grateful for all their help and knowledge. Thank you.

I met with Liam of Hays Travel on two occasions, first to explore and possible cruise and secondly with my wife, to purchase one. Liam was clear speaking (I am hard of hearing) and helpful throughout. He showed a willingness to explore different options and we did not feel pressurised at any point. A charming young man and a big plus for Hays.

Megan very patient gave us lots of options & price ranges & different ways to pay. All staff very friendly day we were there

The company would have had 5 stars but for the stress caused by the travel insurance .we had paid for insurance and then when I went to give them our medical history they declined the insurance leading to us cancelling the insurance and having to find our own insurance .we an get insurance no problem but as our cruise is in 2027 we cannot get insurance until 2026. Also if we chose to cancel the cruise we would not get our deposit back. Which I find unfair as it is two years away and that booking could easily be sold in two years .we now have to wait a year to get insurance . Hays should have a more in depth medical insurance available.
