The travel advisor was ever so polite and very helpful.

We really enjoyed booking a holiday very pleasant staff and excellent service.

I gave my ideas for a holiday and was found a suitable location, ideal for my walking experience.

Ruby was fantastic, and found a holiday for us, after we gave her a very broad scope (we basically had no idea what we wanted). Nothing was too much trouble. She promised us a phone call on the Monday and kept her promise. Will deffo go back next time we need a holiday.

When looking for a flight to Canada I found Grace to be very helpful. I gave her the dates and what I wanted to do and she contacted me within a couple of hours with some options. These were not quite right for me so she then found the perfect itinerary.She then made booking very easy.

Really helpful, efficient and supportive service. I think I just needed to get help to get something booked.

Grace at Hayes Ulverston was extremely helpful. Grace listened to all of my requests and took them all into consideration. I liked that Grace checked on the ‘leading price’ before she went away to check on prices so that I wasn’t disappointed when she came back with some quotes - I’ve never had this before so it makes of a much better experience than in the past. Grace found several great deals, all within budget. Totally took all my stress away of booking a trip! I will certainly be going back to Grace/Hayes Ulverston in the future!

For a few years now we have visited the shop and made sure we have dealt with the same lady! We are sometimes unsure of a destination but we give a brief overview of what we are looking for and she never fails to deliver!
She is so lovely and is a credit to the company!

Warm and friendly atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for Caitlin, her advice and knowledge helped us to pick the holiday that suited our needs. All the ladies in the shop were friendly and made us feel at ease. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to book a holiday.
