Our visit went smoothly owing to the competence of the staff manager Caitlin who served us and booked our holiday and hotel for us.She had now three other members of staff in the office which was good as there has often been just one at previous visits.Caitlin always tries to assist my friend and I as we are both old ladies with limited knowledge of computers etc.If rest of staff modelled on her you won’t go wrong.

Helpful and friendly staff.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They were pleasant at every stage of the booking process and appreciated the fact that I was an elderly person who much preferred to speaking to someone to discuss options as opposed to an automated service.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have…
This is the 3rd or 4th time I have booked through Hays Travel, each time I have been lucky enough to get Caitlin Templeton to help me and book the holiday. She is absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She is patient, knowledgeable, and excellent at her job. Definitely a 5 star rating from me. Next time I need to book a holiday then definitely I will be asking for Caitlin again. Thank you.

Great staff
Very friendly answered all our questions. Showed us the resort on the screen. We only called in to enquire but Caitlin told us the information to check in will be sent to Leigh branch.
