Very helpful staff, Ruth specifically was amazing! Great prices as well.

We wanted a warm holiday going from Exeter as we only had a week free. Jasmine was excellent at finding options for flights and hotels. Jasmine was very professional and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. We booked and later took in our passports as Hays dealt with check in.
We were so pleased with their service we booked 2 more holidays with them within the week.
Incidentally, we met a couple who told us they did their own booking for the same holiday as us and it cost them £1500 more.

We had previously been in to ask about a location for a holiday. This was followed up by a email and options. We came in to confirm our chosen holiday options.Abbie and Ruth where amazingly helpful.

Emma made the experience very straightforward. I explained what I wanted. A choice of Cyprus or Lake Garda. She searched and emailed me 4 options and I went in the following day to book Lake Garda. I have been in again with my passports as Hayes do the check in. I would not go anywhere else to book a holiday. The service is exemplary.

Good experience, and friendly staff

Abbie was great. Really helpful and even put up with me changing my mind. Answered all my questions. 6 quotes in total and our surprise holiday for the kids is now booked. Thanks Abbie. Everyone I spoke to were really helpful.

Helpful and listen to what we wanted

I seen what i wanted on Hays Torquay site and Ruth sorted every thing out for me. Nothing was a problem.

My parents and I went in looking for a weeks holiday in the sun. We were open to different places. Emma was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. She gave us great advice and booking was so simple.

We were served by Ruth in Torquay Hayes travel, she was very friendly and so knowledgeable about the countries and areas that would suit my husband and I.
After spending several holidays in the canneries, we wanted a change and Ruth was so helpful finding us a holiday she knew we’d be comfortable with, checking the landscape and the area around the hotel making sure we would have everything we would need.
