Agent found flight from Heathrow and overnight hotel which was a straight forward procedure. Also explained the flight App to me in detail. Check-in will also be done for me. So it was an excellent service and would recommend.

Friends, not 'just' customers.
As always, excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble, it's so lovely to be able to go in store and be treated as friends and not 'just' customers, even had a cuppa and bikkies.
