A great experience
With Ruben’s help we were able to book our Canadian trip for September with the flights, hotels & car hire that we wanted. This is the first time I’ve used a travel agent in many years & am very happy with what Hays have been able to do for us 😊

Super staff all round
Super staff all round, but just the booking system waiting for them on the phone to book the holiday through their phone line sat waiting rather along time. Never experienced this before when booking holidays lot of time sat wasted. Staff did apologise numerous times though. Gabby very helpful and went above and beyond to do things for us .

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff
Staff were really helpful. Ruben answered all our questions and offered suggestions. Staff explained everything ( including how to put preloaded card app on our phones which for a tech challenged person was much appreciated!)
Their communication with us by phone and email has been excellent.

We were helped by Gabrielle at the Thirsk branch. She was very helpful as I had a few places and could make my mind up. She looked at a lot of destinations for us until we picked a holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for her
