I popped into Hays Gyle to enquire about a cruise and Joan had it all booked in no time. Excellent service from hays

Can't remember the guys name but he was excellent with information, and went into a lot of detail and found a holiday that suited us

So helpful nothing was a problem would definitely book with hays again

I was greeted in a very helpful manner expecting to be told that the cruise I wanted to book on was sold out. This was not the case and Skye helped to ascertain what was available and what my needs were. She made me feel very comfortable and I was pleased that everything has been been successfully completed.

Liam was very helpful & chatty got us what we wanted will be going back

I’m not too hard to please but she didn’t rush and was happy to go back and forward showing me other options( as a travel agent should ofcourse)
I did book with her and look forward to my holiday in June.

The professionalism & the friendlism of the staff we dealt with,Joan at the Gyle & Sarah(Galashiels) Leigh(Elgin) who met us after check in at Glasgow & on the ship. They are a credit to your company & nothing was to much trouble.

Joan was superb, as always. She made everything so straightforward for us and even suggested Cape Verde, a destination we hadn’t thought of before. We booked our holiday that very day, and when we later asked to make changes, Joan was incredibly helpful once again. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she is a real credit to Hays Travel.
