Great experience and would not hesitate to recommend/use again.

I was miss sold a holiday to Albufeira…
I was miss sold a holiday to Albufeira at the Monica Isabel Beach Club, it is no good for anyone with walking difficulties, I am 82 and walk with an aid. I went back to the Gyle to change the to a location to suit my needs, which they indeed did, I'm now booked into the Cabanas Beach&Nature.My complaint is; Although it was the incompetence of the agent they charged me £200 admin fees that I can ill afford as I already paid for myself and my granddaughter who is my carer whilst travelling. I think it's Disgraceful the way you have treated me. I have booked my last 3 holidays with you and prior to that, multiple other that I shared with my partner before he died. You've made me feel like a vulnerable old woman who feels she can't trust Hays staff to sell her a suitable and safe holiday. Regards, Mrs C McCormack.
