Excellent customer service.
Helped us plan and book a special trip for our 40th wedding anniversary.

Lewis told us everything we needed to know, answered any questions we asked and made it a pleasant experience.

We have used The Taunton branch for the last few years to book our holidays. On each occasion that we have visited the shop the staff there could not have been more helpful, and would always do everything possible to find a holiday that suited our requirements. Last Saturday the travel consultant was called Nadine who found all that we wanted to make a perfect holiday with a smile on her face.

I love the ships and I have 5 times with P&O cruise and lots of friends too .
