Just what we were looking for at the price we wanted and we were told everything we wanted to know

We knew exactly what holiday we wanted as we had been through it on line. It was sorted and booked accurately, the only downside being the higher price, as they had added their large ,percentage for their time & printed copies of the package and boarding cards.

This is not a reflection on the store but of the holiday industry driving pricing up with demand. Disappointed that half way through the booking of this break for 7 people it physically increased by 300 pounds before my eyes, I know that this due to dynamic pricing, but surely in this day and age when you are in the booking procedure you should hold the price
We have used you alot of the last few years, this however was the first time this has happened to any of our group. I feel this industry wide policy will force more people to book on line, due to holiday makers being worried about the pricing. This will be a shame as the reps in store are the experts when it comes to travel and therefore provide the best knowledge for holiday makers to get the best experience from their time away.

Trying to book return flights to Canada.
We knew which flights we needed( Canada friends ) were at first told outward flight did not exist but it did.
We needed to book seats as husband needs outside right aisle seat. Recommended to come back at end of week to organise this.
Returned but could not proceed as flight payments had not been made even though we had already paid in full and insured.
Evidently the payment would not go through until January!!
Enquired about who holds the money meanwhile as in business money is not left doing zero, It either earns interest or helps reduce an overdraft.
We’re not impressed. Have to wait until end of January to sort out seats.
Being in mid seventies we like to know everything is sorted.

Abi is amazing, the holiday request was dealt with enthusiasticly and after just a couple of emails she found the perfect holiday, polite, friendly, professional and within budget.
Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
