Jasmine was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up with a great holiday at a great price and a very easy process, thanks to Jasmine.

Very helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everything was explained so that we understood and all options were explored. We got everything we wanted and even got a discount for being with P and O before which was great.

Jazmin was a great help in sorting our ski holiday to Finland and was also able to source the same holiday we were looking for with a discount.

The young lady covered everything very thoroughly and was very helpful.

Ben is always very helpful and very professional.

I met Ben in the Swindon branch with a friend, he gave great advice and was approachable, happy to help and find plenty of offers, places to stay with no pressure to make a decision. As it was we book our holiday with his help.

Went into Hays travel with a thought of booking my first cruise but thanks to Julie I ended up with a holiday that exceeded my expectations. Great efficient service and at a great price. Julie went above and beyond to arrange a holiday which I thought would take 2 or 3 holidays but arranged exactly what I wanted all in 1 holiday. Amazing work! Can’t thank you enough Julie 😊.

We went into Hays in Swindon town centre to find out information and prices for a cruise (first time cruise for us).
Chatted with Lisa and booked there and then for a 7 day cruise in May
