This is my second time booking holiday with Hays travel and like the first time the staff were very helpful and very patient as I didn't know where I wanted to go.

The travel agent was extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly

Emma and Ben had the resort knowledge making the package booking easy. Good options for various flight companies to match our budget and requirements were provided. Package pricing was better than we found online. But key to helping us decide our holiday was their access to information which was either vague or non-existent from the online travel agents.

Ben from the Swindon was just amazing(pink pen) he made shall we got the best deal at the time for the holiday.

He give very good advice on holiday we were thinking of going. Did rush us on decision on the holiday just done a very good job

Once again booked a holiday with Hays Swindon, and once again I couldn't fault how extremely professional and courteous the staff are. Lisa is a star and knows exactly what we are looking for. Nothing is to much trouble for her, and always goes the extra mile to make sure we get what we are looking for. Whilst in the store I could hear that it is evident that all the staff are of the same helpful, professional and courteous manner. I would always recommend Hays in Swindon. Thanks once again. Good “calling bird” outside the shop on the holiday which I booked.
I was made to feel very welcome in the shop and was assisted by Emma who was very professional but at the same time very relaxed. Overall I was extremely impressed by her manner and thoroughness with booking the holiday with the whole thing taking less than 15 minutes.

We always use Hays for our holiday bookings as we prefer to do this rather than online. Eileen booked our February 27 holiday professionally and efficiently.

I cannot recommend Ben from Swindon enough, he was very welcoming and listened to what we wanted and did the best package for all of us. I always go to Ben, find him helpful and gives us lots of advice and tips on any of our holiday. Definitely one colleague you need to keep.
