Staff at the swansea store are always help full and amazing and help with all concerns with our holiday booking and have made us as customers to want to book more holidays and did book another while in store. Corrine and Caroline are amazing

Dealt with Corine at Swansea branch. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to get what we wanted.

Firstly when we booked our holiday we were told the hotel had everything apart from WiFi.
Which was a complete lie, after doing some research we found out the hotel doesn’t have any aircon. We booked the holiday 3 weeks ago and we only found out last week about the air con. We contacted hays travel to change our hotel as we wasn’t prepared to pay what we did for the holiday without aircon. They told us there is nothing they can do as it’s 2 weeks before leaving. They said we could cancel the holiday but they would charge us 100% of what we paid. Absolutely disgusting! We feel we were miss sold the holiday completely and when we asked to speak with management they never returned our call.
I mean who doesn’t have air con when you go on holiday specially with it being 30°+ on some days.
Our holiday has been the holiday from hell, the food is not edible, we’ve found cockroaches in our apartment. The bathroom stinks of sewage. The cocktails are not drinkable. Overall been completely robbed by hays and ereza hotel

Olivia was friendly and helpful. Took her time to make sure that we understood everything, very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to deal with her and based on this we intend to bring our future repeat business from Tui to Hayes Travel.
