this is the first time using Hays Travel,your young lady was very,and we came away very happy with the experience.

We have dealt with Caroline a few times for our holidays and nothing is too much trouble no matter how many emails and changes I give her. She is a pleasure to deal with and an asset to Hays Travel. It is nice to deal with someone that believes in good customer service as you don’t find that in many places anymore.

Always use Hays Travel Swansea Branch when booking a holiday.The staff are always friendly polite and very knowledgeable.Corinne is the advisor I like to go to and I couldn’t book a holiday without her knowledge and hep she is absolutely amazing. This is the second cruise holiday I’ve booked with Hays and won’t be the last. They are totally professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went into the store with a cruise holiday in mind but booked a much better cruise after help from the TA Corinne. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Caroline was very helpful in finding a holiday that suited us. She was knowledgeable about all aspects of the hotels , destinations, flying and car parking.
