Really happy with Angus. He found me a holiday suitable for me. He did all the necessary work so I don’t need to check in, printed all my paperwork off, so all I need to do is arrive at the airport. Even travel money is available. All completed with no stress.

Previously I was a bit put off with booking with an agent iv always booked online as thought there would be fees attached and I'd be maybe talked into something I didn't want ...I was very happy with how I was approached and supported through my whole booking ..Ryan was amazing and took care of everything for me ..was reassuring and listened to my requirements before booking my cruise to Norway ...explained there were no added fees so happy around

The staff were very hospitable, informative and patient. They liaised efficiently and concluded things thoroughly.

Went in to enquire about the cost of a holiday I was looking for. Had details etc taken and was told I’d be sent over some quotes the following day. Just under 2 weeks later, nothing. Went back into the branch to ask why I had not received anything, it was not filed or submitted! They retook my details and enquiry again and was told I’d be contacted the next day for sure! Over a week later, still nothing… Just a text asking for a review on how they did. Not happy at all. Lost a potential customer and will be using else where from now on.
