My experience dealing with Hays travel for the first time was really good! Myself and my husband dealt with Tracy who was fantastic and found us our holiday to Greece. Hays Travel girls were efficient pleasant and very helpful. But speaking to Alliaz insurance company over the phone to sort out the medical screening I found very intimidating and off putting.
