Warm, welcoming, reassuring.
Staff were warm & welcoming on arrival. Identified that there were no longer any cabins at the advertised price on that date & gave us alternatives. Showed us the location of these on the deck plans & gave us a copy of the brochure contains these. Researched & answered the other questions we raised regarding parking & trips out. Made us aware of the travel insurance requirements & additional services they were able to provide to us nearer departure. Reassured us that we could callback with any further queries as needed.
