We went to our local Hays travel at Talke to get a quote for a holiday. We sat down with a lovely assistant named Holly, she went through different destinations with us that we were thinking of. Nothing was too much trouble, she went over and above to find us a good value for money holiday. She was so professional and pleasant, we will definitely be going back. Thank you for helping us.

Booking a cruise with P&O at Hays travel.Michell was excellent in handling our booking for a P&O cruise in the baltic sea. She was knowledgeable about the kind of cruise we were seeking. She was extreamly polite and professional in how she delt with our booking making the whole process simple and efficient.

As always the staff are very helpful and polite always trying to get you the best deal holidays and to exchange your money is very easy it’s good to get the hayes travel card to put money on instead of carrying a lot of cash
