The young lady called Lia that booked my holiday was very friendly professional and helpful

Great service, lovely friendly staff

We went in with absolutely no idea where we wanted to go and walked out 35mins later with a holiday and parking sorted leaving in 6 days time.

We were attended to reasonably quickly, the agent was knowledgeable and very helpful and sorted out the holiday to our exact needs.

Excellent customer service. Nikola couldn't have been more helpful. Finding brochures and travel companies who provided the tour I was looking for. Very patient and conscienscious wanting to accommodate me. We found just what I wanted. My neighbour has decided she would like to join me, so we are hoping to book a twin room for 2 instead of solo travel. Hays are attempting to achieve the change to the booking.

As usual Natalie Ball was excellent, we gave her an overview of what we wanted and she put the rest in place with her usual knowledge and enthusiasm. This kind of service makes us return time and again.
