I went in to book a trip on Thursday and Louise the agent in the Stockton shop did an excellent job of getting everything satisfactory and an excellent quote. The next day I discovered Sunderland had added £600 to the cost within two hours of me leaving the shop. Both myself and my travel companion were extremely angry at this so I went down to the shop on the Friday. Again Louise did an excellent job dealing with Sunderland who I thought created a crisis out of something that could have easily been sorted out without this drama and I was less than impressed with their antics. In the end Louise helped me sort the problem and return the quote back to its original price. I was very satisfied with the Stockton staff who were very supportive of a customer but thought Sunderland to be staffed by idiots. 5 stars for Stockton 1 for Sunderland.

Fantastic service and super happy again with my cruise! This will be my 7th cruise and my 10th booking with Hays Stockton! Fantastic!

The girl Natalie was fantastic so helpful and polite and did everything possible for us would give her 100%

on booking our cruise Connor from the Stockton branch went above and beyond it was a complicated trip but took all the stress away allowing us to build the perfect cruise with a 4 night stay nothing was to much trouble and gave us ideas for places to see and do. Would highly recommend no question was left unanswered a very prompt service was given was like having our own holiday planner thanks again to Connor.

Not for first time this year, Louise was outstanding in finding us a holiday with value, it's a pity we couldn't fly out of Teesside, but at over 500£ cheaper we got the next best thing, a big thank you Louise

Lovely friendly helpful experience

My holiday was booked by a new team member, Louise, who did a fantastic job. I had a £100 discount code from Tui to use, and it was a struggle for the system to accept it. However, Louise persevered, and once I'd changed the board basis, the voucher was accepted. Well done on your 1st booking Louise.

As always the staff in the Stockton branch were fantastic booking our holiday was very easy Danielle and her staff always give you 10/10 service

All the staff was friendly and as it was taking a while from checking flights and information offered me refreshments which was good.

The young man named Conner was really helpful and talked me and my husband through everything we were very pleased with his help

Connor was so patient and got us the holiday we were looking for. He did all of the work to make sure everything was just right and then printed the information we needed. It was such a simple procedure, we went home happy knowing everything had been taken care of and we had the correct documentary evidence to take away. Also the price was exactly the same as if we had booked the holiday directly with P&O. I would always use Hays Travel, they are professional and they know how to make the process hassle free!
