We wanted to book a holiday in late December to somewhere warm. Danielle suggested Tenerife and told us about the different resorts on the island.
We then picked costa Adeje and told her we wanted adult only hotel. She helped us pick hotel hovima cool. We appreciate all her help and knowledge about the island. And will definitely be booking more holidays at hays. Thank you

Louise and Dannielle at Stockton on Tees shop were absolutely fantastic.
I entered wanting a 7 night stay in Greece / Algarve flying from Teesside. We then tried Tenerife all inclusive at Iberostar Bourganville waves for 10 nights, flight times weren’t very good. I left after half hour with a 14 night all inclusive holiday to Mexico, River Maya, Grand Serenis for two. You can’t get much better than that.

I went to Hays travel to book a cruise up. Prior to booking, i had a issue with my previous holiday wich was dealt with so kindly by Maddison. Who then went on to booking our cruise. I found Maddison and staff so helpfull
