Good service from staff help to find suitable accommodation and flights at best price for our needs , have asked for airport assistance however still unsure how this works . Helped to put in request for ground floor accommodation as have sen child whom climbs . Overall good service

We had a great experience with Kirsty. We were looking for flights to Perth in Australia. There was a lot to go through but Kirsty got us what we wanted and was so nice to deal with
