Excellent customer service
This is the first time I have booked a holiday through Hays travel and have had excellent customer service from Matthew, Stirling Branch. From initial support with choosing a resort, hotel and being given all relevant information to being given support with checking in, choosing seats and full explanation on what to expect in Corfu, the service has been 100%. Nothing too much trouble from Craig even suggesting it’s not for us very informative and knowledgeable about places didn’t care about time taken to pick a holiday he said I’m here to make it the best holiday I can .
