Kim at your Stamford Branch was Helpful and patient
with us and made the experience very easy.

Always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff

Paula was very welcoming & knowledgeable. It took a little while to find the right holiday for our family, but she gave us a lot of options to achieve this. Even when we realised the dates were wrong, Paula was on hand to correct this.
Everything from insurance to airport accommodation was handled for us.
I like the fact that currency is offered from Hays Travel at a lower rate for booking with them. I would highly recommend Hays Travel.

The 2 travel agents that booked for us were knowledgeable helpful friendly and good fun a really pleasant experience

Brilliant service by Rue? Stamford branch. Prefer too go face to face and as booking on line would of been cheaper they helped with hotel before flying and airport car parking. Thank you all for the help.

Hayley was fantastic and help us so much with our booking. We went into the branch back in July to book disneyland Paris for next year but unfortunately dates weren't available yet but Hayley took all our details and said she would keep an eye and as soon as they were live she would quote us up and send it over and she did, we were happy with the price so we have been back in and booked. She was fantastic and gave us lots of help as she has recently been and has said she will give a call and talking me through in putting our booking on to the Disney app. Thank you Hayley

Hadn’t planned another holiday just yet but, seeing a a great deal to Turkey posted in the window intrigued us, popped in , enquired, 30 minutes later all done, leaving in 4 days time!

Paula and a young lady who was training were very attentive and patient and found a holiday that suited our requirements.

I went in to buy a gift voucher but was not impressed in having to give lots of my personal information for ‘the system’. I made it very clear I did not want any further emails or marketing information and was assured I would not. Then I get this email today. I’m not impressed.
