Really helpful team in the shop especially Izzy who was extremely helpful providing a number of options to allow us to choose the holidays right for us and Katie who went through the process of booking our chosen holidays, excellent service all round.

Hayley was absolutely brilliant.
Such a pleasure to be speaking to someone rather than trying to book a holiday on line. So knowledgeable and so helpful.

This was only a small and slightly difficult booking but their attention was first class.

Hayley was very helpful she went through various options with me and gave me lots of advice and I never felt like it was too much bother. She saved all the details so I could just call back to book.

We booked our trip with a different colleague over the phone, Katie. She was very thorough and helpful a couple of things she didn’t know she asked for help, much better than just barging on when she’s still learning. Now we have a great holiday to look forward to. Thank you both 🙏

Izzy was very patient with our requests and helped us to book a holiday that met our requirements.

Very helpful in booking a family holiday of 10, 6 adults and 4 children. 3 rooms in total. Mentioned a Hays travel card which you pre load but doesn't incure any charges and can be used abroad and get better currency rates.

Hayley was given a brief request as to what we were looking for, and she managed our expectations, brought our Xmas city trip to life as she’d been to Prague, recommended excursions, places to visit.. she secured the booking by managing our expectations, coming in within a budget - which we wouldn’t give her and we booked a 4*central hotel at Xmas for my friend and I.

It's the first time we have used Hays travel,it was so easy to find the holiday cruise we wanted Paula was great she even managed to get us a upgrade for our cabin , would certainly use them again.

Katie was very helpful, listened to what kind of holiday we wanted. Helped us with various options.
Altogether was a very good experience we can’t fault it all.

Helpful friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. An excellent experience.

We made a tentative enquiry on Friday. We were told that a colleague had recently been on board the ship we were considering, however she wasn't in that day but would be tomorrow. We were visiting the next day anyway so arranged to pop in then. We were greeted immediately by the manager Hayley and her colleague Katie. We left happily an hour later with a cruise fully booked.
