Maria was amazing and so helpful. I popped in just to get information and the next day I went back and booked our holiday. Maria advised on different accommodations and booked the one we wanted, she sorted out the flights and the hotel we need to stay in the night before our trip. She was so friendly and helpful and saved me so much time if I had to do the booking myself. I would recommend Hayes Travel and will book through them again.

Lovely, friendly staff. I always find it useful to go into the shop. Always given sufficient time and I know that the ladies are very careful, especially Kasia. The bookings are double checked in front of me.

Booked a city break at Hays St Alband, Kasia could not have been more helpful, she understood exactly what we wanted and found it, perfect! My sister and l were really happy with the experience, thank you Kasia.

I wanted to compare the rate of Swiss Francs with Sterling that the company was offering. The rate in comparison with M&S The post Office and one other was most competitive. What I did not know was that a Hays debit card was offered, whereas I wanted to deal in cash. I purchased £500 of sterling, but there was a computer error in getting my Debit card. Having thought about this, I decided that I did not want a Debit Card. I therefore received a cash sum minus the rate of exchange. I then proceeded to purchase from another source.
The only consolation is that I was served by one of the staff in booking my flight only

We were well greeted. We were happy with the service we received and everything were explained about our holiday we chose. This is our first holiday with Hayes.
