WFH (Working from Home)
I thought I was phoning Hays' office, but it turns out that I was talking to a young lady working from home in Dorset ! Emily was her name.
She was very helpful and efficient, returning calls when she had promised them etc.
All in all, a good experience.

Booking our New Year Cruise
I enquired on the telephone about the cost(s) of a specific cruise. The agent (Lynda) answered my questions in a polite and professional manner. The price was negotiated efficiently and once we had decided to book, the booking process was straight forward. Confirmation was almost immediate with all the relevant details itemised. I cannot fault the service I received and would highly recommend Hays Travel.
