Always a good experience at the Southend branch. Great service received from Amanda, very helpful & extremely knowledgeable, as always.

Amanda the branch manager (Southend on sea) has been so helpful from the very first phone call i made to book a holiday with them. After letting her know our budget & asking for somewhere that would still be hot as the dates were the end September & October. I received an email with a couple of suggestions. So I made an appointment to go into the branch & we went through everything & I have now booked to go to Turkey. Amanda was very knowledgeable about Turkey as she had been herself. Any questions I asked she answered for me.
So Amanda THANK YOU for being patient with me, helpful, friendly, polite & caring.
I wouldn't book my holidays with any other company ONLY Hays in Southend on sea & this is our third holiday that we have booked with them😀🤗👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Hays in Southend always comes up trumps with the holiday process,especially for those of us less confident when it comes to booking flights etc. I always try to see Amanda as she puts clients at ease

Never had a bad visit the lady who served me amber was fantastic and so helpful as are all the staff if you want to currency go and see the lady behind counter so helpful and you get a good rate

Nicole gave us many options,juggled dates,compared hotels,.
We agreed on destination and even plane seats.
This was then followed up with e mail post regards another long haul were interested in..full of praise for her, always happy to help, and knows her job, a very confident employee.

Firstly, Olivia remembered us, where we had been and where we were going and she just makes the experience first rate.

Everyone available in the Southend office was invested in finding the right trip for us. The outcome was exceptional in that we got exactly what and where we wanted but even better they found a discount on our Safari holiday which will be a celebration of my 75th year and my friends 64th. Cant thank them enough :)

The staff are always welcomeing, supportive and friendly people couldn't wish for better service it's a shame all staff are not the same cheerful always

We’ve been using Hays Travel, Southend, for the past 5-6 years. All of the staff are lovely and just make the whole process so easy. We usually book with Olivia, who is fab and always responds quickly, whether we call or email.
