Brilliant to use always helpful…
I book practically all my holidays through Hays. I find them very helpful and have even priced matched holidays for me. My 1st point of call in the branch is Ann-Marie (Skelnersdale) whether in person or by message she is always there to help me. I have messaged at some early and late times over a holiday that I might've seen. She has always answered me and nothing is a problem.
Booking is no problem once you have decided where and what you want then everything else is straight forward.

first solo holiday
It's my first solo holiday and I was very nervous and anxious but Amy was amazing, she talked me through everything and I left with a last minute holiday and feeling very excited.
