Well another excellent supportive booking by Kelsey.
I was disappointed when my first holiday "date " was un available , but kelsey's reassurance that "i'm sure we will get it sorted " put my mind at ease .
Yes another holiday booked by hays travel with assistance from kelsey and Jeanette .
I now have a last minute booking for this year , and 3 for next year .
I'm sure I will return and will recommend Hays travel to family & friends .

The service and the welcome I receive is just absolutely wonderful from any member of your staff they’re all very pleasant knowledgeable and I have known them for many years and I book all my holidays in Hays office Skelmersdale every year once or sometimes twice a year. They all give you the best service and explain and double check all the information on your booking and answer any questions you might have. The service I get I highly recommend it to friends and family. As a company you have the best very knowledgeable staff
