Mia was very helpful. She answered all of our questions. This was the 1st experience in a travel agents in a few years and our expectations were exceeded. I had seen the holiday advertised in the window and went in with my wife next day. Mai helped us to choose the package which suited us.

Great service from Lea, who advised, and helped research the best hotels and location for our city break.

We knew what we were looking for and the agent, Lynn, managed to find us the holiday that suited us. We were not hurried and were given a cleat understanding of what we were getting and what the alternatives would were.
We usually book using Hays Travel because of the service we receive, they have never let us down.
