The staff in Hays Travel led by manager Lea are so helpful and friendly whilst maintaining a professional manner . Their knowledge about the products they sell is very extensive. Jess spent a considerable amount of time with us , affording us the time to think about our options before booking our cruise.

It was made so easy to do.

Today i saw Sean but it doesnt matter who you see they are all very proffesional and polite.Booking a holiday with them is effortless.

Booking holiday was a very good, straightforward experience.

Team very helpful and willing to print docs as I no longer have a printer.

Would highly recommend and use again.

I only moved to Sidford from Wales on mid AprilI have now settled in and ready to travel but needed information and required a holiday which would get transport Included I saw your office by chance and went in thinking I could obtain brochures The office was quiet
With 3 desks open with staff Explained I wanted to go to LLANDUDNO by coach with single room This was not an area they were usually asked for but I had excellent service Rang around and found me a vacancy with Baker Dolphin coaches I was prepared to pay for any extras with pickup and bringing home it was a pleasure talking to them and I paid full price for the holiday Offered travel insurance which I declined because I did not know if I was already covered by my bank Because of such warm weather I have stayed indoors and not checked If I am not covered Ii will immediately go back to your office for insurance
The time went quickly and I left with a smile after teaching them how to pronounce Llandudno
I will go back to them when I need another holiday or help

Jess did everything we asked of her and more. We had a good idea of what we wanted to book and she answered all our queries quickly and efficiently. We were able to book exactly what we wanted and Jess even helped us with other things related to our trip ie. Options for getting to the airport and booking an overnight hotel.
