My partner and I went in to hays to book a spontaneous holiday to disneyland paris we spoke to Jules and she was lovely she was talking us through all of what to expect from disneyland and answered all our questions and helped us understand it simple detail and reassured us of any concerns it was lovley talking to her

Spoke to a very nice lady called Julie in the Sheerness-on-sea branch who helped me originally book a very nice holiday for August, however due to a change in circumstances I had to rebook the holiday.
Julie then helped me again find a even better holiday.
