Wouldn’t go anywhere else staff excellent and friendly use the2 r3 times a year

The person I dealt with was very helpful and considerate. Her name is Aaliyah. She gave me her phone number so that if we were cut off I would not have to start all over again. She didn't make me wait on the phone for ages for her to do things. She called me back when they were arranged. I have dealt with Hays before and would certainly do so again.

Aaliyah made the whole experience so easy! She was incredibly helpful throughout, right down to helping us choose the best seats on the plane. She made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! ✈️✨

Always get exactly what I want from the girls in hays, always go out of there way to get all what I want,all the staff are so friendly and help , nothing for me couldn’t improve the service. Except make it cheaper for single travellers
